Our Little Friend Grace

I had a visit from our little bitty friend on Tuesday. Grace spent part of the afternoon with me. Brandon was a bit disappointed that she had not arrived when he had to leave for school. A bit more disappointed that she had already left when he came home. Thankfully, we were saved from a meltdown by the fact that it was snack time. (His daily ritual of dropping his backpack while kicking off his shoes and head strait to the pantry to pick out a snack.) Grace and I had a good day. Except for the fact that she totally did not like it when I left the room in search of the ringing telephone. She has grown lots! Hard to believe that she is just around the corner from turning the bit 1!!
